Free UK delivery
We offer free standard delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Any optional paid delivery service will be clearly shown before you pay. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after an order is placed.
Delivery times
Check the product page and checkout for the delivery estimate applicable to your order before purchasing. Any delivery date specifically agreed with you forms part of your order. Unless we agree a different period with you before purchase, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.
If we cannot meet the agreed timeframe, we will contact you. Your legal rights regarding late delivery, including cancellation and a refund where applicable, remain unaffected. If a delivery deadline is essential, please tell us before ordering.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, we send tracking details after dispatch. You can also use Track Your Order. Tracking updates may take time to appear.
Please check your delivery address before paying and contact foldwellhome@gmail.com promptly if it needs correcting. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. If an order is late, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or your nominated recipient, physically receive them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently arranged by you.
Returns and cancellations
See our Returns & Refund Policy for cancellation rights, return costs and faulty goods. Free outward shipping does not automatically mean free change-of-mind return postage.
