Products and safe use
Please review the product description, dimensions, plug type and delivery information before ordering. Images illustrate the product; screen colours may differ slightly, but goods must match their description. Follow the supplied electrical safety, installation, ventilation and care instructions. Choose a plug and power specification suitable for your location.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. The total price, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges, is shown before you place your order. Free standard UK delivery applies as described in our Shipping Policy. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If we cannot accept an order because of unavailability or an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and promptly refund any payment taken. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Delivery
See our Shipping Policy. We remain responsible for delivery as required by law. Unless a different delivery period is agreed before purchase, delivery will be within 30 days.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
You may cancel most online goods orders until 14 days after the day of delivery, and then have a further 14 days to send goods back. Your separate legal rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Products are offered for domestic consumer use.

Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to foldwellhome@gmail.com with your order details and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections where you live. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts, as may consumers elsewhere where applicable law permits.
